Perry Personnel Plus is a family-owned-and-operated, full-service employment company in Southwest Michigan and Northern Indiana. We specialize in temporary or permanent placement in both industrial and clerical fields. Technical and professional placements in a wide variety of permanent or contract positions are also available.
Perry Personnel Plus was founded in June 1987 by Ruth Perry. In June 1988, a branch was opened in Three Rivers, Michigan, followed by another branch in Coldwater, Michigan in 1990. In 1993, the Goshen, Indiana office was established.

No, there are no fees. Even if the position becomes permanent, there are still no fees to the employee.
Many positions that are available are considered "temp to perm" or "contract to hire." Companies are taking advantage of being able to review a person's work ethic before hiring, so while Perry cannot guarantee permanent placement on a temporary assignment, the opportunity is there should the company be satisfied with your work.
Some of the projects will have definite end dates, however, and you will be aware of this before accepting the job. As you near completion of these projects, we will begin searching for new assignments for you!
While some short-term assignments are available, most technical assignments are long-term, lasting 6 months or longer. As mentioned above, many of these contract assignments can lead to permanent positions.
